Welcome to WrapStudio AI. By using the service at wrapstudio.ai you agree to the terms below. We've kept this short. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

Your account

You're responsible for everything done under your account, including any content you generate or share.

Acceptable use

Please don't:

• Generate content that is illegal, hateful, deceptive, sexually explicit, or that impersonates a real person or business without permission.
• Infringe anyone's copyright, trademark, or publicity rights (including creating wrap designs using someone else's logo or brand without authorization).
• Abuse the service — scraping, automated mass generation, trying to bypass credit limits, or attacking our infrastructure.
• Share personal information of others without consent in the community gallery or anywhere else on the service.

We may remove content, suspend, or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

Your content & AI outputs

• Your inputs — you own the photos and prompts you upload. You grant us a license to use them to operate the service (store them, send them to our AI providers to generate your designs, show them back to you).
• Generated designs — subject to our rules, you're free to use designs you create for your own business. AI-generated images may not be eligible for copyright protection in every jurisdiction; check local law if that matters to you.
• Community shares — when you share a design publicly, you grant us a non-exclusive license to display it in the community gallery and in site promotion (social cards, SEO pages). Our AI auto-generates the public title, description, and tags — you don't write those, which keeps spam, slurs, and inadvertent personal info out of the metadata. The public page never displays your phone, email, brand name, or tagline as structured data; anything readable is whatever you put into the wrap design image. You can unshare anytime from the My Shares tab, and you also grant us permission to feature a small selection of the best designs to showcase what's possible — we'll notify you by email whenever we do, and you can remove any featured design instantly.

Credits, payments, refunds

• Credits are purchased through Stripe and are used to generate designs. Pricing is shown in the app.
• Unused credits do not expire while your account is active.
• Because credits are consumed immediately on generation, used credits are non-refundable. If something goes wrong on our end, contact us and we'll make it right.

Service availability

We do our best to keep WrapStudio AI running, but the service is provided "as is." We may change, pause, or stop features without notice. AI generation depends on third-party providers, so occasional outages can happen.

Designs are not guaranteed print-ready

WrapStudio AI produces design concepts and mockups to help you plan a wrap. Colors, scale, and alignment may differ from what a physical installer produces. Always verify with your installer before printing.

Disclaimer & liability

To the extent allowed by law, WrapStudio AI and its operators are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Deleting your account

You can request account deletion from the deletion portal in your dashboard, or by emailing [email protected]. We review each request manually and email you once your account is removed. Payment records we're legally required to keep will be retained.

Changes

We may update these terms occasionally. When we make meaningful changes we'll update the "Last updated" date and notify you in the app.
