Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day of the conclusion of the contract.
To exercise it, inform us by a clear statement — an email is sufficient. To meet the deadline, it is enough to send your communication before the period expires. [email protected]
Effects of withdrawal
We will reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we are informed, using the same means of payment you used, at no charge to you.
Early expiry for digital content
Credits are digital content supplied immediately. The right of withdrawal expires when we begin performance — but only after you have expressly consented to immediate supply and acknowledged that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal. You give both confirmations by ticking the box at checkout.
If you have not used any credits: Contact us within 14 days and we will refund the purchase in full, whether or not the right of withdrawal still applies.
Once you have used any credit: The purchase is no longer refundable. Using a credit begins performance, which ends the right of withdrawal for digital content. We do not offer partial refunds for the credits you have left.
This is why the box at checkout matters: it is where you consent to immediate supply and acknowledge that the right ends once supply begins.
