Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day of the conclusion of the contract.
To exercise it, inform us by a clear statement — an email is sufficient. To meet the deadline, it is enough to send your communication before the period expires. [email protected]
Effects of withdrawal
We will reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we are informed, using the same means of payment you used, at no charge to you.
What happens when you withdraw
For EU/UK purchases, you keep the 14-day right of withdrawal even if you have already used credits. A timely withdrawal receives a full refund.
Credits: We reverse all credits granted by the refunded purchase. If you already used some, your balance may become negative. A negative credit balance is not money you owe and we will not charge it; future credits first restore the balance, and you cannot run new generations until the balance is sufficient.
Existing designs: Designs you already created remain available to view and export, so you can retrieve content you created. The refund does not give additional generation rights.
Outside the EU/UK, our voluntary 14-day refund policy applies only while the full purchased credit amount remains available.
